Data-driven answers about married Christian sexuality since 2012

We don't guess what Christian couples need. We ask them, by the thousands.

Most advice about sex in Christian marriage is one person's opinion. Ours rests on original surveys of over 1,000 married Christians at a time, 662 published articles, and Scripture, taught frankly and without shame.

And if it is a question you cannot ask anyone else, you are in the right place.

Our latest findings · From the May 2026 reader survey

Most couples love their marriage. Far fewer love their sex life.

26 point satisfaction gap

Of the 1,058 married Christians we surveyed in May, 83% are satisfied with their relationship overall, but only 57% are satisfied with their sex life. The marriage is fine. The bedroom is where the silence lives.

Closing that gap, with data, Scripture, and honest conversation, is the whole reason this ministry exists.

Secrecy hurts, sharing helps

Husbands "very satisfied" with sex, by whether they hide masturbation from their wife

They talk about it openly 33%
They hide it from their wife 5%

Same men, same marriages. The ones who bring it into the open report far more satisfaction than the ones who keep it hidden.

A coaching client, describing the silence he brought to his first session

Few couples wait twenty-five years. But nearly every couple has something they have never managed to say out loud, and that is exactly where coaching begins.
